I’m Amalia. I am a registered wedding officiant in the Province of Ontario, and I have had the privilege of marrying couples right across the Province.
Every ceremony I have officiated holds a special place in my heart.

I am very supportive and there are many resources available when engaging my services to help make your wedding ceremony and most memorable day seamless and one to look back on with such joy!

At any time, you can reach out to ask any questions, this includes if you are looking for guidance to write vows or to include a beautiful story about your journey. I encourage having fun, taking your time and being creative to make the day truly yours.
Whether you are planning a traditional ceremony or something completely unique, a more intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, I offer flexibility.
I also help couples looking to elope, get married on short notice, or who are planning to have a legal signing ceremony before their destination wedding.

Ceremony Packages
Full Ceremony Package Experience
This package is focused on all about your choices and having a fully personalized ceremony with your beautiful story and journey showcased. You will also have additional support.
Couples who secure my services, will be provided a password and username to access a member only website. The website has several sources of information and options for couples to choose from. This includes some wording for your vow and ring exchange, readings or poetry, or choices to incorporate a tradition or a theme or small celebration like a candle, or rose, or sand element within the ceremony. If you choose to write your own vows, I can assist with some tips and samples.
I prepare a ceremony template, this includes the ceremony order so you are able to understand and navigate choices with confidence. I work transparently, so couples are aware and know what to expect on their special day. I will book a date to connect with you to go over navigating the website and learn some information about you as a couple to help create and personalize a beautiful ceremony that is unique and something to call your own. There will be no surprises about what I will be saying in the ceremony and of course I can add humour or a beautiful family tradition.
After submitting your choices and in learning more about you as a couple, I put the whole ceremony together. I connect again to discuss and offer any suggestions and answer any questions. A separate request for a rehearsal at the location can be made in advance instead of this option, however to ensure availability from both sides, I will require advance notice. (In person rehearsal at the location is not included and will be quoted as an additional service with separate fee to this package). An in person rehearsal is optional. There is no additional fee to go over your ceremony by phone or remote call platform.
On the day of your ceremony, I travel to your location ahead and check in with you both to offer any support. I ensure everything is set up and ready for the ceremony and start time. After the ceremony, I file the marriage license with the Ministry and also leave an envelope with some additional information for next steps and a little momentum to look back on your special day! Couples who choose this package will also receive discounts on some of my other services and some free passes by invite only to group coaching workshops.
Looking for a little less support or don't have a location
This package is available to couples looking for a short intimate ceremony elopement. I travel to your location to officiate a short, lovely ceremony whether you plan to have it hosted at a home, or at a City Hall.
Prior to the ceremony, I prepare a sample ceremony template, including the ceremony order so that couples are aware and know what to expect on their special day.
After the ceremony, I file your license with the ministry. At any point couples can reach out to ask questions.
**Additional travel fee may apply- (please inquire). Couples who would like to have a rehearsal at the actual location, must request a separate quote and book no later than 3 months prior to the ceremony date.**
If you do not have a location,
I currently work out of 3 locations (Toronto, Niagara or Oakville) to conduct elopements or marriage license signing. Short ceremony signing is offered at a more reduced rate when travelling to one of my locations. On the specific wedding date and time, I officiate and file the marriage licence with the ministry after the ceremony/signing. Additional travel fee (may) apply only if travelling to your chosen location. This is a great option for couples having a destination wedding, who require a legal marriage licence signing.

In addition to the above, I have a large network with vendors across the province. If you require some assistance with choosing a venue location or to be coordinated with a wedding professional, I am happy to provide some assistance when engaging my services.
